An acoustics company, not a catalog
Silentical started in 2015 with a simple observation: most noise problems are solved with the wrong product, because nobody measured the problem first. We built the company the other way around. Understand the space first, then recommend the treatment.
Today we do two things. We manufacture and supply a focused catalog of 62 noise control products, from acoustic panels and diffusers to barriers and isolation hardware. We also consult, measuring, modeling, and verifying real spaces so the products actually fix the problem.
We work with offices, schools, houses of worship, studios, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and industrial sites across the US, from our base in Escondido, California.

Understand the problem
Every project starts with your description of the noise: where it comes from, when it happens, who it bothers. Photos, plans, and measurements help; we will tell you what we need.
Recommend, honestly
We recommend the treatment that fits the problem, whether that means products, consulting, or both. If a cheaper fix will do, we say so. If nothing we sell will fix it, we say that too.

No public prices and no checkout cart. Every order goes through a quote request so quantities and fit are confirmed by a person before you commit.
Support after installation
Questions during install, or results that need fine-tuning? We stay on the project until the space sounds right.

Our office and warehouse are at 1882 W El Norte Parkway, Escondido, CA 92026. We consult on-site across San Diego County and Southern California, and ship products and remote consulting nationwide.
